The Opportunity
Most charities know they want to help — they just don't know where to start. That's where you come in. As a Programs Coordinator at Sadaqa Welfare Fund, your job is to make the abstract humanitarian goals into tangible actions. You'll lead community engagements, plan distribution cycles, and ensure our resources reach the most vulnerable efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with local community leaders to uncover urgent needs.
- Construct and co-verify project specs across departments including finance and logistics.
- Translate broad goals into structured, actionable delivery timelines.
- Oversee implementation phases to ensure we deliver on time and to our standard of excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- NGO Experience: You've worked with charity organisations on program delivery, operations, or process improvement projects.
- Communication: You can confidently present plans and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured Thinking: You excel in ambiguous situations and love organizing chaos.
- Client Presence: You are comfortable guiding discussions, handling pushback, and building trust with community stakeholders.
- Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to correct. You own the project end to end.
