The Opportunity
Our donors are the lifeblood of our charity. As the Donor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for creating a world-class experience for our supporters, ensuring they feel connected to the causes they fund.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement donor retention strategies.
- Manage high-net-worth individual portfolios.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on appeal campaigns.
- Organize and host donor appreciation events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fundraising or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
- Strong empathy and alignment with Islamic values.
